Course Development Grant

Each year the Center for RECAAL, in partnership with the African American Studies Program, will accept proposals for grants not to exceed $1,000 to encourage new courses or the updating of existing courses. These grants are intended to support courses that substantively integrate African American life within its content and structure. We welcome interactive course content that engages or addresses issues in the local Winston-Salem community. The course purpose and scope should should meet with the Center for RECAAL’s mission and core objectives.
